Rapid prototype project
A voice, video and data provider in the Southwest wanted to develop a self-service portal for their business customers. My role as UX Architect on the 12-week project was to lead the business requirements gathering, incorporate findings from customer needs meetings, develop and pitch the low-fidelity wireframes (in Axure), assist on high-fidelity skinning, and deliver the final style guide and user journeys.
